Useful resources

Here are links to some of my favourite websites and useful information.

Mountain Goat Software – Mike Cohn is one of the most knowledgeable users and teachers of Agile. His site contains hundreds of blog posts and tips on the best use of the methodologies and frameworks. It’s usually the first place I go to when I need some help on how to implement a better agile process.

Agile Manifesto – Where it all started. The core values of agile as developed from a meeting in Utah in 2001.

Scrum.org – Ken Schwaber, the co-creator of Scrum, founded Scrum.org in 2009 to improve the profession of software delivery. It describes itself as ‘The home of Scrum”. The resources section is particularly useful for guides on the elements of Scrum.
